Returns

We want you to love your Jubilette purchase! If an item is broken or defective, please let us know and we will make it right by issuing a full refund or replacement.  If you're unsatisfied with an item for any other reason, you're welcome to return it for a full refund or store credit, as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date and usually take 24 hours to process.  

To start a return, simply email us at info@jubilette.com with your order number and a note letting us know you'd like to return an item. Our team will get back to you with instructions for sending it back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll go ahead and process your refund or store credit — whichever you prefer. Please allow 1-3 business days for this once we've received the item back.

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
