Returns

We want you to love your Jubilette purchase! If an item is damaged or defective, please let us know and we will immediately issue your choice of a refund or replacement.  If you're unsatisfied with an item, you're welcome to return it for a refund or store credit, as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date. Returns are usually processed within twenty four hours.

To start a return, simply email us at info@jubilette.com with your order number and a note letting us know you'd like to return an item. Our team will get back to you with instructions for sending it back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll go ahead and process your refund or store credit — whichever you prefer. Please allow 1-3 business days for this once we've received the item back.

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
